Complaint Information

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/2022, Art. 10), consumers may submit a written complaint via the following channels:

  • By post: UNIELTEH, Zadarska 33 31000 Osijek
  • By email: info@unielteh.hr
  • In person: At the business premises, by prior arrangement

We respond to every complaint in writing within 15 days of receipt.

For alternative dispute resolution, you may contact the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts (HOK).
